All delivery costs are calculated depending on weight and delivery
location, you can obtain an estimate by adding an item to your cart and then
clicking the estimate shipping link within the shopping cart.
Gift Wrapping service
At Silvergroves.co.uk we provide a professional gift wrapping service for a small additional cost, using luxurious silver wrapping paper to provide the perfect finishing touches to your gift. On request, we will also write and attach a gift card for you and send your gift direct to your friend, relative, colleague or loved ones.
Out of Stock Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will always e-mail you to inform you of the delay timescale.
Tracking your Orders
You can track your order on our website to find out its status, just click
on the account link within the shopping cart on the left hand side navigation
bar of our website.
We cannot be held responsible for delayed post due to any Royal Mail Strikes which may occur.
Re-submitting Payment
To re-submit payment please log-in to your account by clicking the account
link in the shopping cart area on the top right of our homepage, click on your
order you wish to pay for, then at the top of the order page there is a re-submit
payment link.

* Once you have made your purchase our engraver will email you a PDF proof within 1-5 days (1-2 working days for express items placed before 2pm GMT) for your approval.
* Please note if your item is out of stock the proof will be sent as soon as the stock arrives.
* For Express Items please note the proof must be confirmed by 3pm GMT to ensure the order is dispatched the same day.
* If after 14-21 days you have not approved the engraving proof we engrave the item and deliver the item to your address. We do not accept responsibility for late delivery or engraving errors if an engraving proof is not confirmed by the customer.
* Unfortunately we do not accept liability for the damage or loss of customer items placed with us for engraving. |
