We will send an engraving proof if this is requested and in cases where the Engraving Team believe this is required such as complex designs or expensive items.

Depending on the size, messages, monograms, initials and logos can be engraved on your purchase.

The majority of our items have a .925 sterling silver mark, however, this may not apply to smaller products. Hallmarks are applied to items over a certain weight, however, may be added for decoration.

Yes - A gift wrapping service is available on the majority of our items, however, it may not be possible to gift wrap smaller items such as keyrings.

Every hallmark is unique and records are kept to easily identify a hallmark and stop forgeries.
