At Silvergroves.co.uk we provide a first class engraving service, combining
beautiful Sterling Silver with personalised detail.
Priding ourselves on a meticulous attention to detail, our experienced
engravers will add the perfect finishing touches to your Silverware.
Engraving Instructions
* Once you have made your purchase our engraver will email you a PDF proof within 1-5 days (same working day for express items placed before 2pm GMT) for your approval.
* Please note if your item is out of stock the proof will be sent as soon as the stock arrives.
* For Express Items please note the proof must be confirmed by 3pm GMT to ensure the order is dispatched the same day.
* If after 14-21 days you have not approved the engraving proof we engrave the item and deliver the item to your address. We do not accept responsibility for late delivery or engraving errors if an engraving proof is not confirmed by the customer.
* Unfortunately we do not accept liability for the damage or loss of customer items placed with us for engraving.
